Samantha started her legal career in 2005. From there her passion for conveyancing and Land Law has grown.
Samantha has expertise in all aspects of conveyancing from initial instructions to post completion including freehold, leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Samantha has a particular interest in newbuilds, leasehold and unregistered properties; specifically commercial and agricultural transactions. Samantha has significant experience in reconstituting titles where deeds have been lost or destroyed or rectifying a defective title. Having grown up in Richmond, North Yorkshire Samantha has excellent local knowledge.
